Here's how our service works:

  1. Planning: We start planning your day even before the park opens. We browse through the rides that interest you to minimize your waiting time. Due to our extensive knowledge of park operations, crowd habits, and utilizing smart routing we are truly capable of performing a service that feels thoughtful and intentional yet never constrained or ‘on-rails’.

  2. Lightning Lanes and Genie+: When the park reaches its capacity and wait times are longer, we incorporate "Lightning Lanes” through the “My Disney Experience” app. It does have variable pricing per person and allows you to schedule access to premium/preferred rides.

  3. Priority for Disney Resort Guests: Priority guided tour availability is only given to guests staying at a Disney Resort.

  4. Concierge Service: We act as your concierge service, managing all the logistics for you, including coordinating your Lightning Lane reservations through the Disney Experience app. With our extensive knowledge of the parks, we maximize your experience by managing all the available resources. 

  5. Price Inclusion: Our tour guides’ park entrances and expenses are covered.

  6. Photos: We capture your experiences with an average of more than 50 photos per day.

  7. Time Estimate: Our average time in the park is 6-8 hours per day, during which you will likely experience most, if not all, of your favorite attractions. After the guided tour concludes we continue to be remotely available to schedule the rest of the day. This allows you to take breaks, enjoy your resort or pool, and return for the evening attractions. 

  8. Personal Tailoring: We pride ourselves in customizing every trip to the needs of you and your family. Tell us how you would like to spend your vacation and we’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen.

  9. Special Requests: Fulfilling unique or unusual requests from clients, which can range from finding specific collectibles to arranging surprise gifts or experiences wherever possible.

  10. Emergency Assistance: Being available around the clock to assist clients with urgent or unexpected situations.
